How to Detect Damage Sensors Soluna

Diagnostic is very useful when we have problems soluna vehicle in the street. This way only as an emergency way to find out the problems occurred .

Tools required to make the cable wiring is just like the picture below
 

Then enter the cable wiring in the diagnostic box located at the right end of the hood right if our position from the front soluna .

DIAGNOSTIC TIPS ( NORMAL MODE ) 

Diagnostic Mode on Normal , all it takes is connecting the wiring cables to the box by looking at the sticker behind the diagnostic box . Attach the cable to connect TE1 ​​+ E1 code .The condition of the car engine is turned on or just be alone ignition ON ( position ON the ignition , but the engine is not turned on ) .Diagnostic will detect damage through light blinking check engine light on our speedometer . Diagnostic Normal mode will monitor the 15 items in our soluna . 

DIAGNOSTIC TEST CODE ( DTC ) 

While on the DTC , more focused on the 3 items only. There is a possibility jumper in normal mode is not detected , but this will be detected at DTC .

3 items are centered on DTC soluna are as follows :

1. code 22 ( Engine Coolant Temperature remains at a temperature of 800 Celsius ) .
2. code 31 ( ignition timing fixed at 50 before TDC , manifold absolute pressure remained at 46.7 kPa ) .
3. code 41 ( Throttle position remains at 00 ) .

If one code is detected , the ECU will automatically convert into fail safe mode .Make sure before DTC started , Throttle Valve closed , entire car accessories switch in OFF condition , and the transmission in neutral .DTC code can be in the know when we connect the wiring cable box to dianosa TE2 TE1 + E1 + then the ignition is turned to the ON position only ( jgn car engine is turned on first) , as in this picture :Having encountered problems when DTC code , then turn on the machine and try to test the sebentaran . ECU has operated Fail Safe Mode . If the vehicle speed is 5 km / h ( 3mph ) or less , diagnostic trouble code 42 ( vehicle speed signal ) will be raised , but this is normal .Turn off the machine , and unplug the jumper TSB . After fixing the problem areas of the trouble code page.ECU will keep the diagnostic code problems in his memory and to clear the trouble code , please unplug the EFI fuse in the fuse box or disconnect the batteries negative cable for ± 10 seconds . ECU will return to Normal Mode .
